Description:
The DEALER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP provides specific what works and what doesn’t work information on developing or growing an American Clay DEALER business.

You will learn the DEALERSHIP business from the Deborah Hall of Hall’s Walls, a top grossing dealer in the country, who will team teach with Business Coach Anne Alexander (Authentic Alternatives) and Web Designer Eric Nance (Epiphany Design).

Day 1:
You will learn to build your installer base and homeowner markets using proven methods. We will develop specific strategies together for each business that will take into account your business structure and personnel availability. You will learn what types of events “work” and how to plan them. You will leave with specific plans for hosting events that will grow your business. You will develop a method to handle technical support for the AC products. The growth in your installer base will grow your business immediately and into the future.

Day 2:
You will learn what marketing strategies work to develop a perpetual client base that will translate into business for your other product lines. We will work together on press kits to generate local DIY customers, contests, and what types of in-print advertising are effective. The absolutely essential importance of website will be treated as the star of the day and you will have the opportunity to work with Eric Nance in a breakout session.

You will come away from this workshop enthusiastic, empowered with specific strategies for growing your business and the tools to do so.
