Instructor and finish artisan Lisa Teague is both an applicator and instructor of American Clay. With twenty years of experience developing and applying specialized finishes she brings a unique perspective in how to work efficiently and also how to market specialized finishes to the consumer.

The One-Day Workshop is appropriate for both the plaster professional looking to add a new element, and to homeowners ready to tackle home projects. Our class is structured to include all aspects of the application process on actual walls. The process includes a verbal overview, introduction of tools, mixing, base coat, finish coat, and compression. The One-Day Workshop requires a minimum of 4 participants. In the event that a workshop fails to generate a minimum of 4 participants, we will work with you to reschedule your attendance or refund your deposit. All participants are entitled to a 20% discount on materials. The cost of the workshop is $240.00. Tools, materials, lunch and refreshments are included. Vegetarian choices are always available.
