The INSTALLER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP provides specific what works and what doesn’t work information on developing an Installer business. You will learn the installation business from Deborah Hall, a top installer in the country.

We will cover:

Infrastructure, Profitability analysis, Client communication and tools, Effective marketing and building a client base, building permit mining, The importance of product knowledge, How to improve your artistic game, Strategies for one- and two-person shops to take on larger projects, Profitability and marketing aspects of production work.

You will come away from this workshop with many specific strategies for growing your business and the tools to do so. A one hour phone conference with Deborah prior to the conference is included.
