Workshop Description
These classes are 90% hands-on, and provide in-depth training in American Clay. You will learn to plaster on actual walls as we go step-by-step through the application process: masking, priming, first coat, second coat (loma and porcelina), finish work, optional special effects, sealers, and maintenance.

These classes are particularly helpful for do-it-yourselfers new to plastering, and for contractors who prefer a solid grounding in basic application and finishing techniques. An added bonus of the Santa Fe classes is that we frequently work on the walls of local nonprofits, so we help create beautiful work spaces for community organizations.

Instructor:
Carlyn Wade has been a contractor using American Clay for over two years. She utilizes her extensive educational background to ensure each class is informative, creative, professional, and fun.
